Commercial Engine
Worldwide commercial engine service is available from Mustang Power Systems. We offer certified Cat service and shop rebuilds for all your engine and generator set requirements. In the oil patch, electrical grid or on the water, Mustang’s service reps can get there and get the job right. Mustang also offers Customer Service Agreements for our customers who want the extra peace of mind that scheduled preventive maintenance can offer.
Engine Repair Options
Mustang offers a wide range of guaranteed prices for a wide variety of repair procedures ranging from preventive maintenance to fan-to-flywheel overhauls, and many repair options in between, such as in-frame and out-of-frame overhauls, as well as Caterpillar remanufactured engines. Mustang offers a full staff of certified truck engine technicians to fulfill your truck engine needs.
Scheduled Oil Sampling
SOS is available to check minute wear particles in oil to detect mechanical trouble at its early stage. Through SOS, problems can be averted or resolved by scheduled low-cost preventive maintenance options.
Extended Service Coverage
Mustang offers protection beyond the standard warranty period to limit your repair expense.
Customer Service Agreements
Mustang offers a customized customer service agreement program to fit your fleets needs and increase equipment productivity. We provide on-site maintenance service on a customized basis to keep your engines at peak performance.
TEPS Dealers
TEPS Dealers are trained at various service levels.
- Medium Duty Dealers "Maintenance level" dealers are trained to perform maintenance level service and repairs on selected Medium Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least one Caterpillar Certified Technician.
- Medium Duty Dealers "Full Service level" can perform warranty and engine repairs on selected Medium Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least two Caterpillar Certified Technicians.
- Heavy Duty Dealers "Maintenance level" can perform maintenance level service and repairs on selected Heavy Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least one Caterpillar Certified Technician.
- Heavy Duty Dealers "Full Service level" can perform warranty and engine repairs on selected Heavy Duty Caterpillar engine models and have at least two Caterpillar Certified Technicians.
