Congratulations on the purchase of your new machine. We understand this is a large purchase, and we want to make sure you are getting the most for your money. In an effort to ensure this, we would like to properly onboard you as a new customer. 

1. Fill out your Customer Onboarding form

2. Download the Cat Central App and add your serial number to app

To add your serial number to Cat Central, scan the QR code located in the cab of the machine or type the serial number when prompted.

3. When prompted in Cat Central, Create an Account

If you do not see the option to create an account, click the ‘Account’ button in the bottom right-hand of the screen and process to ‘Create Account’. If you are unable to download the app, please navigate to parts.cat.com, navigate to ‘sign in’ and click ‘register’. You can now send the verification code through text message. If you choose to do this, you cannot make the username an email. Usernames cannot contain ‘@’. 

4. Purchase a part through Cat Central

Scan the QR code below or click here to have the part populated automatically into the cart. Please use the gift card provided to you by Mustang to complete the transaction.

5. Access VisionLink

Scan the QR code or click here to access.

  • Access to VisionLink

Following the meeting, you will be introduced to your Product Support Representative. This individual will be able to assist you anytime your machine is in need of maintenance and any aftermarket purchases, such as work tools and attachments for your new machine.
