Mustang Cat is a longtime supporter of the Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) Program, providing technical on-the-job-training opportunities to local high school students and the Caterpillar THINK BIG program, sponsoring Technician Association Degrees from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSUIT). Mustang Cat offers a Power Machinery Management degree concentration at Sam Houston State University. The Company offers internships and maintains strong relationships with Southeast Texas high schools, colleges, and technical schools as a committed partner in developing the next generation.
